BOUNTY KILLER ACCUSED OF TRAFFIC OFFENCES
Jamaican reggae star BOUNTY KILLER is to stand trial over a string of alleged traffic offences.
The star - best known for his Hey Baby collaboration with No Doubt - appeared in court in his home country on Monday (02Feb09), accused of running seven red lights.
Bounty Killer, real name Rodney Basil Price, has been charged with refusing a Breathalyser test, obstructing traffic and disobeying a red light.
His trial will begin on 12 May (09).
Price was previously in trouble with the law last year (08) when he was charged with using a profanity while performing at the island's Reggae Sumfest.
In 2007, he was detained at the same music festival following an altercation with a fellow performer.
