BONADUCE WILL NOT FACE CHARGES OVER AWARDS FIGHT

LATEST: Former child star DANNY BONADUCE will not face charges for throwing a U.S. reality TV star over his shoulders during an awards show in Los Angeles. The Partridge Family star stunned the audience at the Fox Reality Channel Really Awards on Tuesday (02Oct07) when he tossed Jonny Fairplay face-first onto the floor after the Survivor star jumped on his back. Although Fairplay reportedly lost a few teeth in the televised fracas, the Los Angeles district attorney has concluded there isn't enough evidence to charge Bonaduce with battery. Legal papers filed by the district attorney read: "It did not appear that the suspect intentionally tried to cause injuries, but simply reacted to the victim's actions." On Wednesday (03Oct07), Bonaduce revealed the fight started after Fairplay - real name Jon Dalton - poked fun at him from the stage.
