BON JOVI TO OPEN REBUILT GIANTS STADIUM

BON JOVI are set to take over where BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN left off - the rockers will open the rebuilt Giants Stadium in New Jersey next spring (10).
The Boss honoured the famous sporting venue during a five-night stint earlier this month (Oct09), when he played a tribute track he'd written about the stadium - which is set to be demolished at the end of the NFL season in February (10).
And the venue's new era will start with a bang when Bon Jovi take to the stage to launch the brand new $1.6 billion facility, according to the New York Daily News.
