BLUNT HATES VICTORIAN COSTUME IN NEW ROLE
British actress EMILY BLUNT hates playing 19th century British monarch QUEEN VICTORIA in new movie THE YOUNG VICTORIA - because the costume choices severely restrict her diet.
The Devil Wears Prada star is currently squeezing into a corset for the role, and admits the tight-fitting garment makes it unbearably difficult for her to enjoy food.
She says. "I have two weeks to go and I'm tired and over the corset completely. There's a lot of inhaling and it's not fun because they loosen you up for lunch and then you eat lunch, and I eat like a truck driver, so I always eat too much and then they winch you back into the corset.
"For the rest of the day, your food sits at the top of your throat."
