BLUE'S JAMES RECOVERING FROM HERNIA OP

A member of British boyband BLUE was rushed to hospital for a hernia operation last week (beg25May09) when a dance rehearsal went wrong.
Duncan James was practising for the group's London comeback show with fellow members Lee Ryan, Antony Costa and Simon Webb, when he doubled over in pain.
James was diagnosed as having a hernia - and he is now facing a race against time to recover in time for their reunion gig.
He says, "I was doing the dance moves, then, 'Urgh'. I had to be rushed into hospital. It's a nasty big scar. I am literally back walking now, ready for this gig on Sunday."
The band split in 2004 but reformed earlier this year (09), announcing their plans to perform at a U.K. radio station's all-star charity concert on Sunday (07Jun09).
