BLUE BOYS IN BUS DRAMA

British singer SIMON WEBBE saved his BLUE bandmate LEE RYAN's life when a bus almost ran them over on Wednesday (29Jul09).
The terrifying incident happened as Webbe was dropping Lee and the band's manager Sara Freeman off at Paddington train station in London.
The trio had got out of the singer's car to say their goodbyes when a bus came hurtling towards them - and a quick thinking Webbe pushed the other two out of the way.
A spokesperson for the band says, "Lee would have almost certainly been mowed down by the bus if Simon hadn't acted so quickly."
An onlooker tells Britain's The Sun, "Simon was quick off the mark. He threw Lee and Sara out of harm's way, just before the bus smashed into the car's open door and ripped it clean off its hinges."
