LEGALLY BLONDE star SELMA BLAIR's new pixie hairstyle was so drastic when she first chopped her long locks off, people mistook her for a hospital patient. The 34-year-old actress had a dramatic makeover after divorcing AHMET ZAPPA in November (06), and ended up shaving her head into a super-short platinum blonde cut. Blair claims her newly-shaved head made people think she was suffering from a serious illness. She says, "People think I've had brain surgery! I went nuts with the hair. "I wanted the old (supermodel) LINDA EVANGELISTA haircut from the GEORGE MICHAEL video days, but I got a little carried away!"
