BLAINE STARVES HIMSELF FOR STUNT

DAVID BLAINE has been starving himself for a week to prepare for his latest death-defying stunt.
The illusionist will hang upside down above New York's Central Park for 60 hours, starting on 22 September (08).
To ready himself for the trauma, Blaine carried out a short trial run, and has been depriving himself of food and sleep.
He tells WENN, "I've actually practiced it, but only for six hours. Also, I've stopped eating a week ago and lost 20 pounds."
But Blaine admits this task will be his toughest yet: "This is by far the most difficult thing I've ever done. I thought being in a block of ice for 63 hours was, but that was nothing compared to this."
