BLACK USES FAME TO GET OUT OF TROUBLE
JACK BLACK used his fame to get him out of trouble when he was caught trespassing at his old university while preparing for rock comedy THE PICK OF DESTINY. The TENACIOUS D rocker, who wrote and stars in the film with bandmate KYLE GASS, was spotted running amok on school property while he prepared for a scene with computer-generated monsters. He explains, "At UCLA, where I went to college, I liked this one green field in between the library and the concert hall. I'd go and run around, imagining monsters chasing me and stuff, screaming at night when no-one was there. "Sometimes security would come, but I'd go, 'I'm Jack Black! I went to school here. I'm famous! Let me run around!"
