LATEST: Former BLACK CROWES star JOHNNY COLT will stand in for injured bassist JASON NEWSTED when rock supergroup ROCK STAR SUPERNOVA tours next year (07) Former METALLICA star Newsted was forced to step down from touring commitments after tearing his bicep and rotator cuff in a freak accident. Colt will make his public debut with the group, which also features TOMMY LEE and GILBY CLARKE, when Rock Star Supernova performs on the JIMMY KIMMEL SHOW on 21 November (06). The group kicks off its US tour with a New Year's Eve (31DEC06) show in Las Vegas.
