BERNSEN SUED OVER STORAGE
Former L.A. LAW star CORBIN BERNSEN is facing legal action from the owners of a storage company who allege the actor owes $66,600 (£45,931) in unpaid rent.
The bosses of an unnamed depot in Van Nuys, California have filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court accusing the star of failing to pay fees for a unit rented between 2004 and January 2009.
The documents also allege Bernsen has failed to pay a portion of rent on a second unit which he hired in 1999 and vacated in February (09), bringing the total to $66,600 (£45,931).
The suit is seeking reimbursement of the allegedly unpaid rent plus interest and late charges on both units.
Representatives for Bernsen have acknowledged the long-running dispute with the company, but claim bosses haven't upheld certain aspects of the lease agreement, according to TMZ.com.
