BENNINGTON: 'BANDMATES HELPED ME THROUGH DIVORCE'
Singer CHESTER BENNINGTON credits his LINKIN PARK bandmates for helping him through his difficult divorce.
The In The End hitmaker - who is now married to former Playboy model Talinda Bentley - met his first wife Samantha in fast food restaurant Burger King, but the pair divorced in 2005 after nine years of marriage.
And Bennington thanks his bandmates for their support during the difficult split.
He says, "For a number of years before the marriage split up there were times when it wasn't good.
"It could be very difficult but it never became an issue with the band. They never said 'your f***ing personal life is getting too much for us to take, you need to knock that s**t off'.
"There was a lot of respect and understanding. I definitely needed those guys to help me get through that time and I can't thank them enough for being so supportive of me."

Chester is an amazing person. He deserves someone that will treat him with respect,
and give him the hope, and faith he needs to stay away from the bad in life. And
if sam did help him out of his depressing spiraling life, then that is wonderful.
Im sure she will always hold a place in his heart. And f**k HER for taking your money,
like that bitch didnt get attention. f**k HER AGAIN!!! She doesnt seem to realize
that GOOD HONEST MEN are hard to come by and when you find a man that will do all
of the above and give you more, that maybe you have something right. Some people can never
just be happy with what they have, they get greety, and needy. AND SELFISH. GOOD
LUCK CHESTER!! I WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD. CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCESS. ITS
HARD GROWING UP IN MISERY. BUT WITH FAITH, AND CHILDREN THE BRIGHTER DAYS ALWAYS
SEEM TO SHINE THROUGH. THANKS FOR COMING TO OKLAHOMA ON FEB 29TH MY FIRST CONCERT....
SAD TO SAY, WAS YOU GUYS. IT WAS AMAZING. I FELT SO BLESSED TO GET TO SHAKE YOUR
HAND. GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE AND I HOPE TO HEAR MORE FROM LINKIN PARK YOU GUYS ARE
THE s**t!!! TARA
