BENING HONOURED WITH GOVERNORS AWARD
ANNETTE BENING is to be honoured with the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) Board of Governors Award at a gala on 26 January (08). The honour is bestowed on individuals who have made significant contributions to advancing the global art of filmmaking. Previous recipients include Bening's husband Warren Beatty, Gregory Peck, Jodie Foster and moguls Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola. The 22nd Annual ASC Outstanding Achievement Awards celebration will take place at the Hollywood and Highland Grand Ballroom in Los Angeles.
