VICTORIA BECKHAM had a nasty welcome to her new home in Los Angeles when she was pulled over by traffic police yesterday (24May07) and instructed to apply for a new driving licence. The former Spice Girl, who is moving to the city this summer (07) with soccer star husband David, was stopped on a Los Angeles highway after motorcycle police spotted her performing an illegal turn in her Cadillac Escalade. The Los Angeles Police Department cops demanded to see her driving license before accompanying her to the Department of Motor Vehicles to register her car and apply for a Californian driving licence. No charges were brought against Beckham.
