BEATLES TO REUNITE FOR LOVE SHOW

Former BEATLES RINGO STARR and SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY are expected to reunite in Las Vegas, Nevada, tonight (30JUN06) when their new Cirque du Soleil tribute show officially opens in Sin City. The rockers gave their blessing to acrobatic stage show LOVE, which features their music, and MCCartney has already checked out a preview performance in Las Vegas. Tonight, he's expected to join Starr, JOHN LENNON's widow YOKO ONO, GEORGE HARRISON's widow OLIVIA and Lennon's sons JULIAN and SEAN. The spectacular features high-wire acrobats, break dancers, trampoline artists and skaters, all turning famous Beatles song titles like SGT PEPPER and LADY MADONNA into stage characters. The show features reworkings of 130 Beatles tracks by co-producers SIR GEORGE and GILES MARTIN.
