BEATFREAKZ IN SUPERMAN COPYRIGHT SCANDAL

Dutch dance act BEATFREAKZ have been forced to withdraw copies of their current top 10 single from shops because the record cover copies SUPERMAN's famous 'S' logo. The copyright infringement also demands the Man Of Steel logo be removed from their website. SUPERFREAK, a reworking of the RICK JAMES hit, is currently sitting at number seven in the UK charts. Lawyers for DC Comics and Time Warner, which own the Superman brand, were not available for comment.
