BEANIE MAN SHOW PULLED

Dancehall star BEANIE MAN has been told his live show at the Bournemouth International Centre in England on 29 July (06) will not go ahead because of his anti-gay lyrics. Dorset police officers compiled evidence against the Jamaican singer, including homophobic song lyrics which call for lesbians to be hanged and gays to be murdered, and submitted it to Bournemouth Borough Council which owns the venue. It is believed the show was pulled because of concerns for the safety of the town's significant gay community.
