Michael Bay - Bay Dismisses Product Placement Criticism

Director MICHAEL BAY has dismissed criticism his movies suffer from including obvious product placement, insisting brand names are everywhere in everyday life. The Transformers filmmaker cannot understand why some people get irritated by seeing well-known brands onscreen. He says, "There are products in everything in everyday life. Do people think there shouldn't be brand names or something? Everything is branded. "I hate commercials when they take logos off of stuff. It's not real life."
