BARROWMAN SLAMS SECRET HOMOSEXUAL STARS

Actor JOHN BARROWMAN has slammed gay stars who hide their sexuality in a bid to advance their careers. The openly-gay Torchwood star believes sexuality has no bearing on the quality of roles actors are offered, and insists it's "just sad" they refuse to come out of the closet. He tells The Stage, "If it (being gay) has been a problem, no-one ever told me so. "I know people who lie about being gay because they think it will affect their work chances. That is just sad."
