BARLOW ADMITS TO BRITS MIMING
GARY BARLOW has confessed that his band mimed when TAKE THAT performed at this year's Brit Awards.
The hugely successful boyband were one of the most prominent acts of the evening, being lowered down to the stage in a spaceship set.
However, Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles said the singer admitted to lip-synching when they were both climbing Kilimanjaro for Comic Relief recently.
Moyles said: "[Gary] said: "Listen, they said 'Do you want to come down from the ceiling in a space ship or do you want to be on stage?'
"But if you come down in the spaceship you can't sing live because of the speakers and the feedback...so spaceship it is."
The singer recently revealed he was moved to tears when he eventually reached the summit of the Tanzanian mountain.
"The sun started to rise, it was so emotional and for the first time I lost it and couldn't stop crying," he said.
