BARAT 'PETRIFIED' ABOUT SOLO GLASTONBURY GIG

DIRTY PRETTY THINGS frontman CARL BARAT is terrified about his forthcoming appearance at legendary English music festival Glastonbury - because it is the first time he has ever played a solo set.
The British singer is set to take to the stage alone at the festival on Sunday (29Jun08), and will be without his band to back him up.
And the star, who was only released from hospital after suffering from acute pancreatitis last weekend (21-22Jun08), isn't confident about his performance.
He tells NME.com, "I'm absolutely petrified - I've never done a solo show before. I guess I should just play songs that I like. I'm not sure what - I'd better get rehearsing!"
