BARAT: 'LIBERTINES WON'T REUNITE'
DIRTY PRETTY THINGS frontman CARL BARAT has ruled out a LIBERTINES reunion, because he is too busy.
The British rocker is adamantly denying that the cult band will reform, after rumours circulated that he and former bandmate Pete Doherty had been holding songwriting sessions.
He says, "I'm a bit busy at the moment. I've not seen Pete for a while. But messages of goodwill come back and forth (between us).
"I'd forgotten about it actually. It's on ice. The Libertines on ice!"
