BANKS GIVES UP JOURNAL DREAMS

Supermodel-turned-talk show host TYRA BANKS has abandoned her desire to keep a diary of her innermost thoughts - because she's afraid her words will come back to haunt her in the press.
The 35-year-old beauty admits she's "addicted" to blogging about her life on social networking site Facebook.com.
But for Banks, keeping a written journal would be too risky, because she's convinced it would end up in the wrong hands.
She says, "I'm so scared to keep one (a journal) because it's going to get out. I have some crazy journals from when I was in high school. I can only imagine if I was writing one now."
And the star has sneaky ways to keep her online chatter private so her words aren't twisted by the media.
She adds, "I'm addicted to Facebook, I swear... I have to do secret things only they (my friends) can remember."
