BALDWIN NOT ROMANCING REALITY STAR FRANKEL

ALEC BALDWIN has lashed out at reports he's looking for love with engaged reality TV star BETHENNY FRANKEL - insisting he's still a bachelor.
Baldwin was noticeably upset when Frankel failed to show at an event attended by her Real Housewives of New York City co-stars in New York's East Hampton on Sunday (30Aug09), according to the New York Daily News.
The 30 Rock star admits he badgered guests about her absence but Baldwin insists his intentions were innocent - and he has no desire to break up Frankel's engagement to fiance Jason Hoppy.
He tells the New York Post, "My friend... and her daughter are big fans of her show and wanted to meet Bethenny, so I asked for them to be introduced to her. I don't know her and wasn't looking to meet her, but somehow this ends up in the Daily News - manufacturing a nice gesture into a total BS (bulls**t) item suggesting I want to date this woman. Nothing against her, but I'm not dating anyone."
