BAD COMPANY REFORM FOR SUMMER TOUR

PAUL RODGERS is taking a break from QUEEN to reunite his classic rock act BAD COMPANY for a summer (09) tour.
Rodgers, guitarist Mick Ralphs and drummer Simon Kirke plan to hit the road for 10 North American dates, beginning with a concert at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino in Hollywood, Florida in July (09).
The tour follows a one-off reunion concert at the same venue last year (08), which was recorded for a new live DVD, Hard Rock Live.
Longtime Rodgers collaborator Lynn Sorenson will step in for the late Boz Burrell, who passed away in 2006.
It's a big reunion year for Ralphs, who will be touring with his previous band, Mott the Hoople, in October (09).
Of the Bad Company dates, he says, "We made great music together and had the time of our lives doing it. I'm really looking forward to getting back out there this summer."
