ASNER DIVORCES WIFE

Veteran actor ED ASNER has divorced his wife CINDY after nearly nine years of marriage.
Cindy filed for divorce from the Emmy Award-winning star in 2007 and, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, the pair's split has now been finalised.
The Elf actor has been ordered to pay $6,000 (£3,750) a month in spousal support until either of the former couple dies.
The legal papers also state that "Cindy shall receive 30 per cent of anything Ed earns on a gross basis in excess of $300,000 per year and a maximum of $500,000 per year."
Asner's former partner has also been given their Studio City, Los Angeles home.
