'High School Musical' star Ashley Tisdale has revealed she admires girls with curves and would love to have a body like Jessica Alba.

Ashley Tisdale thinks Jessica Alba has the perfect figure.

The 'High School Musical' star thinks shapely women are "beautiful" and she would love to have a body like the 'Fantastic Four' star.

She said: "I like curves - I think that's more beautiful. I look at Jessica Alba and think she's got a great body. I think that's what women are supposed to look like."

Ashley admits she works hard to maintain her enviable figure but doesn't feel guilty about having a treat when she is craving fast food.

The 23-year-old star said: "I love French fries and bread, and when I'm on tour I have McDonald's. At home, I like to cook - I love omelettes in the morning. Still, I have started working out, so I do try to limit carbs and add protein. I want to build a little muscle."

The actress-and-singer has revealed she loves listening to a host of female pop stars when she is exercising.

Ashley explained: "At home, I usually to 30 to 40 minutes on the elliptical. I always work out to music - Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Pink and Katy Perry."
