ANTHONY ENTANGLED IN LOPEZ'S LAWSUIT

Latin singer MARC ANTHONY has reportedly been named alongside his wife JENNIFER LOPEZ in a lawsuit over an alleged dog attack.
Lopez was the subject of the original suit filed last June (08) in New York's Brooklyn Federal Court, after the pair's guard dog allegedly pounced on NetJets Inc. attendant Lisa Wilson.
It is claimed the incident happened on a flight from New York to California on 3 July (06).
And according to the New York Daily News, Anthony's name is set to be added to the document this week (begs01Sep08) - after his wife's attorney revealed the German shepherd is officially owned by the salsa star.
Wilson's lawyer William Cafaro says: "I was told by her (Lopez's) counsel that Marc Anthony was the registered owner of the dog. The issue of who actually owns the dog will be determined in the course of the proceedings."
According to court documents, Lopez warned Wilson, 40, of how to behave around the animal. But an hour into the flight, the German shepherd lunged at the attendant's neck as she walked past, "attacking her and biting her pant leg".
Wilson alleges she fell down, suffering a serious back injury which has left her unable to work.
She is seeking $5 million (GBP2.7 million) in damages from Lopez and her company, Nuyorican Productions.
As WENN went to press, Lopez's lawyer could not be reached for comment.
