ANNA FRIEL SATISFIED WITH BODY SHAPE

British actress Anna Friel refuses to go on a diet because she is proud of her shapely figure.

Anna Friel likes her breasts too much to lose weight.

The 33-year-old British actress - who currently lives in Los Angeles but also owns a property in the UK - feels under pressure to stay slim, but refuses to be too strict with her diet because she is proud of her curvy figure.

She said: "There is pressure in Hollywood, no doubt about it. You have to watch your weight if you are an actress in this town. I've become much more health-conscious since being in America. But I don't want to lose any weight as I like having boobs and I'd lose them. I feel quite proud I've got curves. I wouldn't like to be totally scrawny."

Anna admits the preoccupation with weight in America is not the only thing she worries about.

She is also concerned her four-year-old daughter Gracie with her actor partner David Thewlis could lose her English accent if the family stays Stateside for too long.

She laughed: "We've got a nanny who's even more northern than me! I was terrified of Gracie saying, 'Mom, where are my waffles?' "
