JENNIFER ANISTON faced her AMERICAN IDOL nightmare on daytime TV in America on Wednesday (16Sep09) when the TV talent show's new judge forced her to sing.
The actress is taking singing lessons for her upcoming role in The Goree Girls, in which she'll play a musical prisoner, and Ellen DeGeneres insisted she show off her skills for her talk show audience.
Red-faced Aniston said, "They promised me you wouldn't do this to me," before singing a section from George Gershwin's I've Got a Crush on You."
The actress then giggled, "I'm absolutely mortified that you did that to me," prompting the new Idol judge to joke, "I would put you through to the next round."
