Angel has become joint favourite with Rodrigo in bookmakers' odds to win 'Big Brother'.

Bookmakers changed their odds this afternoon and named the Russian boxer and artist as a favourite to take the £100,000 prize money for winning 'Big Brother'.

Betting shop William Hill showed is offering odds of 5/1 on Angel, making her joint favourite with Rodrigo, followed by Charlie at 6/1, Freddie and Noirin at 8/1. Least popular is Lisa, who currently stands at 25/1 to win.

Meanwhile, more has been revealed about Angel's past. British Journalist Rhodri Marsden says he knows her through his former boss, and her ex-husband Nick Hobbs.

Writing on his blog he said: "All she did every day was paint nude portraits of my boss and leave them lying around the house, and then make sub-Pet Shop Boys pop music with heavily accented English lyrics".

Rhodri did however say he liked Angel and wished her the best of luck.

He added: "She's not unpleasant. Far from it. She's lovely. It's a shame that she was roundly booed by the crowd on entering 'Big Brother '.

"They'll see her as a grandstanding fake, but actually, she's just wildly eccentric."
