ANDRE & PRICE DIVORCE HEARING IMMINENT

Glamour model KATIE PRICE has filed for divorce from her pop star husband PETER ANDRE - despite the Aussie singer initially filing for a legal separation in May (09).
The couple split after a series of furious rows which were captured on camera for their fly-on-the-wall documentary Katie & Peter: Stateside.
The pair has since launched separate reality shows to document their lives apart, with Price - aka Jordan - introducing fans to cage fighter boyfriend Alex Reid.
And, in a bizarre move, Price has filed her own divorce documents against her ex at London's High Court. The unusual legal situation is known as cross decrees.
Due to the agreement to divorce from both sides, a judge is expected to grant a decree nisi on Tuesday (08Sep09) - almost exactly four years since they wed on 10 September, 2005.
The decree absolute - an official dissolution of their marriage - will be granted following a six-week period.
The former couple has not yet agreed on a financial settlement or custody details for their two children, as well as Price's eldest son from another relationship, according to reports.
Neither are expected at the divorce hearing.
