ANDERSEN CONFIRMS KID ROCK ROMANCE

Danish model MAY ANDERSEN has confirmed she's dating KID ROCK, adding she thinks the former husband of her namesake, PAMELA ANDERSON, is "really sweet". Rock and Andersen were spotted together at last month's (MAR07) Rock + Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony gala and have since been photographed holding hands at other events. Kid Rock has been coy about romance rumours, but Andersen's representatives have confirmed the two are an item. A spokesman for the model's 2pm Model Management agency says, "They are indeed dating, but it's still the early days. She thinks he's really sweet." America's People magazine claims Kid Rock, real name ROBERT RITCHIE, and Andersen were introduced by two of Andersen's fellow Danes, METALLICA's LARS ULRICH and GLADIATOR actress CONNIE NIELSEN. Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson divorced at the beginning of 2007 after ending their four-month marriage in November (06).
