ANASTACIA LOVES BEING A WIFE

Pop star ANASTACIA is delighted she waited to marry - because she realised getting wed later in life is "gorgeous".
The 40-year-old singer married her bodyguard Wayne Newton in 2007 - and has completely changed since the nuptials.
She says, "I feel very different as a person because I'm a wife. I take that very seriously. It's a really lovely thing when you find marriage kind of late in life. There really is something gorgeous about it. I love it."
And despite working closely with Newton for years, the singer admits it took a while before there were any sparks between the pair.
She adds, "Two years later, all of a sudden things changed. It was one of those things where you almost want to slap yourself because you know the person too well. I mean, I knew all his dirt and he knew all my dirt.
"But it was great because he was like: 'Well, now I have to marry you - or else I'll have to kill you'. We both know we will be with each other forever.
