KIRSTIE ALLEY insists she lost a staggering 75 pounds (34 kilograms) without the help of cosmetic surgery - but she plans to go under the knife in the future. The 55-year-old is proud she trimmed down to 145 pounds (65 kilograms) the natural way, even though she's already decided she'll turn to surgery if old age doesn't treat her kindly. Alley says, "I'm definitely not from the school of no makeup, no hair dye, no body tanning. "But so far I've been from the school of no facial surgery or lipo. But I totally reserve the right to change my mind. There's a certain kind of old I'm not having. I don't want jowls. If I get jowls, I'm getting rid of them!"
