ALLEN SUED OVER WILD HOGS

Comic TIM ALLEN is facing legal action over his 2007 movie WILD HOGS - a Florida-based production company is accusing him of stealing their idea.
Allen has been named in the suit - under his real name Timothy Allen DICk - filed by Battle One Productions, Inc at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (03Oct08).
The legal documents accuse Allen and his Boxing Cat production company of basing the motorcycle gang movie on a script which was pitched to him by Battle One in 1999.
Bosses at Battle One are demanding $25,000 (GBP15,600) in damages as well as attorney fees and costs, according to TMZ.com.
