ALLEN SPLITS FROM ART DEALER BOYFRIEND

British singer LILY ALLEN has split from her new lover, millionaire art dealer JAY JOPLIN, less than a month after they got together.
The relationship between the Smile hitmaker, 23, and 45-year-old Joplin - a friend of the singer's actor father Keith - was revealed when they were spotted kissing aboard a yacht off the Caribbean island of St Barts on New Year's Day (09).
Now back in the U.K. the couple is reported to have split because of Allen's hectic work schedule as she prepares to go on tour.
A friend tells British newspaper The Mail on Sunday that although the relationship only amounted to a holiday romance, Allen was feeling down about the split from art mogul Joplin, who separated from his artist wife of 11 years, Sam Taylor Wood, in September (08).
The pal says, "They have had a lot of fun together. Lily is going away for a year on tour, so it's unlikely she will have much time for a relationship."
