ALLEN QUITS SMOKING AFTER ASTHMA ATTACKS

LILY ALLEN suffered her second asthma attack in the space of a week after choking on falafel.
The Smile singer, currently on tour in the U.S. promoting her new album, was munching on the spicy snack when it got stuck in her throat, leaving her fighting for breath.
And she was so scared by the incident she has decided to quit smoking cigarettes.
In a posting on social networking website Twitter.com, Allen writes: "Had a major choking fit on that falafel earlier, which then turned into an asthma attack. Second one of the week “lays off fags”. Eeuugh."
And Allen continued to feel the effects of the incident throughout the day - she later added: "There’s still falafel coming out of my nose."
