ALLEN: 'I'M NOT GIVING UP DRUGS'

LILY ALLEN has no plans to quit using drugs, despite recently vowing to cut back on her partying ways.
The Smile singer claimed earlier this year (08) she wanted to curb her intake of drugs and alcohol because she was "bored" of the London nightlife scene.
And despite admitting she's not "a good person" when under the influence, she insists she has no plans to stop using illegal substances altogether.
She says, "I'm not gonna say I'm never gonna do drugs again. I just know I'm not a good person on drugs.”
Allen's remark comes just days after she hit the headlines for punching a passer-by in a furious rage on a night out in London (19Aug08).
