ALDRIDGE DISCHARGED FROM HOSPITAL

JAMIE LYNN SPEARS' boyfriend CASEY ALDRIDGE has been released from hospital a week after he was injured in a car crash in Louisiana.
Aldridge, the father of Spears' 10-month-old daughter Maddie, was airlifted to safety on Sunday (26Apr09) after swerving his truck into a ditch following a night of celebrations at a cousin's bachelor party.
The 20-year-old was treated for mild brain trauma and a fractured skull at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.
But Aldridge is now back home with his family - he was discharged from hospital on Friday (01May09).
A source tells People.com, "Casey got home, and he's doing really well. He'll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He's still got a headache, but everything looks good."
Aldridge was one of three people injured in the incident when they were thrown from the vehicle as it flipped over. Two other passengers escaped unscathed.
Police have hit Aldridge with a misdemeanour charge of careless operation of a vehicle - but authorities have ruled out both drink and drugs as a cause of the accident.
