ALANA STEWART SUES NEIGHBOUR FOR WATER DAMAGE

ROD STEWART's ex-wife ALANA STEWART is preparing for a bitter showdown in court with her Californian neighbour after she filed suit over allegations of poor garden drainage.
The actress and former model has taken issue with her neighbour for watering their garden too much - claiming the excess water is causing her own back yard to flood and damage her walkways and fences.
The legal papers also state "an increasing colonisation of harmful mould" has grown inside her property and Stewart is seeking more than $25,000 (£16,665) in damages, reports TMZ.com.
