Hollywood star BEN AFFLECK sent Washington D.C. into a spin on Wednesday (16Jan08) when he visited Capitol Hill to research his new movie. The heart-throb is preparing for a role in political thriller State of Play - but struggled to remain inconspicuous while at the U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office. Pelosi's spokesperson says, "As soon as the women in our office heard he was here, many of them hurried over to get their photos taken with him."
