BEN AFFLECK and JENNIFER GARNER have landed a new home at a cut-price rate - the Hollywood couple has purchased film producer BRIAN GRAZER's California ranch for $10 million (£6.7 million) less than the asking price.
The movie stars - parents to daughters Violet, three, and four-month-old Seraphina - have been searching for a new property to house their growing family for months.
And they've taken advantage of falling property prices to score Grazer's three-acre Pacific Palisades home at the bargain price of $17.5 million (£11.6 million). The property was originally listed at $27.5 million (£18.3 million), reports JustJared.com.
