Actress AMY ADAMS refuses to follow fashion trends - because the last time she tried she ended up "looking like a homeless person".
The Enchanted star always dazzles on the red carpet and admits she loves experimenting with different looks to try and keep on trend.
But when she failed to carry off boho chic - the look made famous by Mary-Kate Olsen and Sienna Miller - Adams decided to stick to her own style.
She tells Britain's Vogue magazine, "I did go through a period of trying to keep up with the trends. But not all of it works. At all. That oversize, no structure thing? I don't look boho chic doing that - I actually look like a homeless person.
"I love clothes, I love fashion and I love those girls who have effortless chic, but I don't."
