The actress who appeared in an advert which sparked a legal battle with Lindsay Lohan has threatened to sue the Hollywood star for holding up her payments from the campaign.
The Mean Girls star has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against bosses at financial firm E-Trade over a commercial which depicts a baby girl called Lindsay as a boyfriend stealer and a "milkaholic".
Lohan's lawyers have accused advertising bosses of exploiting their client's famous first name and public persona without permission, insisting the use of the name Lindsay is a direct reference to Lohan.
Jenn Harris voices baby Lindsay in the commercial, and she's fuming over Lohan's lawsuit because the legal action has halted her residual payments for her work on the advert, according to the New York Post.
Harris admits she needs the money to cover her student loan payments, and is contemplating a lawsuit of her own.
In a post on her Facebook.com page, she writes, "I wanna sue her for stalemating my residuals. I did nothing to her to f**k with my student loan payments like this."
