ACTOR MARSAC DIES
French actor MAURICE MARSAC has died after suffering a heart attack. He was 92.
Marsac passed away at a hospital care facility in Santa Rosa, California last month (May07), just three weeks after his wife of 55 years, Melanie, died in her sleep at the age of 90.
Marsac is best known for his role in Steve Martin's 1979 movie The Jerk, in which he played a waiter.
He also appeared in dozens of TV shows and films including The Poseidon Adventure and The Big Red One. His last role was in 1987's Dragnet.
