AC/DC ISSUE WARNING OVER ROMANIAN FESTIVAL

Rockers AC DC have warned fans to beware of buying tickets for a music festival in Romania - because the band has been "falsely advertised" as a headline act.
The Back In Black hitmakers are currently in the middle of a European tour and promoters in Romania claim they are set to perform at the two-day Bucharest Rock Arena festival on 30-31 May (09).
But the band has issued a statement insisting they are not scheduled to play at the event.
The statement reads, "Promoters in Bucharest, Romania have been falsely advertising AC DC as the headliner for their 2 day Bucharest Rock Arena festival happening on May 30 and 31, 2009. Tickets for this event have been available online as well as (at) various retail outlets in Bucharest. AC DC fans are encouraged to visit the band’s official website for a list of all sanctioned concerts."
