A NEW NEIGHBOUR FOR THE PLAYMATES
HUGH HEFNER has a new neighbour after dropping the price of his English manor-style home in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles next to the Playboy Mansion.
The publisher put the five-bedroom spread on the market in March (09) for $28 million (£18.6 million). The Los Angeles Times newspaper is reporting he has sold it for $18 million (£12 million).
Hefner bought the estate in 1996.
