ZIYI ZHANG - ZHANG ZIYI LEARNS ENGLISH TO PROPEL HOLLYWOOD CAREER

Chinese actress ZHANG ZIYI is so determined to crossover into mainstream Hollywood, she has started taking language lessons to improve her broken English. The beauty has already starred in international blockbusters such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Memoirs Of A Geisha, but her grasp of the English language still remains shaky at best. She says, "I am taking English dialect classes at the moment so I can make more English-language movies. "I am about to shoot one in New Mexico in which I play a foul-mouthed actor who swears a lot, which is something I really can't imagine myself doing. "I'll be playing a Chinese girl who gets adopted into an American family and ends up killing her mother."
