BILL WYMAN - WYMAN REFUSES TO FLY

Former ROLLING STONE BILL WYMAN insists he'll never return to America, Australia or Japan - because he refuses to fly anywhere. The rocker is launching a new photography exhibit in Los Angeles this weekend (24MAR07), but he won't be there in person. Instead, Wyman will conduct interviews with fans via a webcam from his home in Chelsea, London during a private party on Sunday (25MAR07). He says, "I gave up flying in 1990. I'd just had enough after 40 years. "It never used to bother me much and then the last two years I didn't like it any more, and I thought, 'Why am I doing this?' I just got sick of it. "I thought, 'I can travel by road any time I need to and I don't really need to go to Australia and American and Japan anymore - let's stay home and get married and get a new family together.'"
